I am very cranky today, I am trying to keep it under control. Cranky and depressed really doesn't feel very good.
Anger takes up too much of the already depleted energy I have, I hope I can find my way out soon and I don't hurt anyone while trying.
Perhaps a nap.

Babe, you are ALLOWED to be cranky right now. You've had a *really* rough time of it and you're hurting.
Maybe I *should* call and wake you up so you have someone to be cranky at.
