forgot to mention that the potatoes should be peeled prior to chopping and adding them to the pot. Glad you like my recipe.

Just a polite tip, but typing in all caps like you do is commonly considered "yelling" on the Internet. Give your caps lock key a rest and it'll thank you for it. :)
