Alma padded lightly through the halls, arms full of what art supplies he could carry. Crayons from Allen, plus various colors of chalk pilfered from the school. Things had been... difficult lately, and that was putting things lightly, but the boy was keeping a brave face. Things would be alright. He just had to believe that.

Alma knocked lightly at the door with one foot before calling out to the man inside.

"Matt? I'm here!"

Matt fell to the floor when he heard Alma at the door, having not expected him so soon. Heading to the door on his hands and knees, the shop keeper opened the door for the boy, staring at his feet once they were seen. "Hi feet. Hi Alma."

He moved out of the way to let the younger in, not getting off the floor for a single moment. Hazel eyes looked over all the supplies Alma had brought, a bright smile coming to him. "Come in come in. Snacks or tea?"
