Characters: Vera Solomon, Open When: 24th September Where: The Hospital Rating: PG Summary: Vera decides to go ghost hunting. Unfortunately, she's not too big a fan of the supernatural. At all.
Walks were really doing him good. Being cooped up in a room piled high with books wasn't doing him any favors. It got musty, boring, and more than that... he just felt trapped. Which was why Riku had taken to going out more often. Not with people, no, but just by himself; exploring the city, trying to find clues in the debris, and scenting which deep, dark corners and buildings were steeped in Darkness.
Usually, he went about these walks completely alone, never coming across another living scent. Completely left alone to the inner workings of his mind, to the gears slowly shifting and turning. But this day... well. This day he actually caught a scent - a living scent - and he even went towards it

Vera jerked slightly in surprise when she heard the voice, having been so focused on watching the building. She was about ready to give whoever spoke to her an irritable glare...when she noticed the blindfold...
"What the hell?" Vera thought as she blinked at him, before recognizing him. Ever since Grimmer disappeared, Vera had been keeping to herself more often, and thus hadn't really been paying much attention to anybody over the network, therefore she didn't really recognize Riku at first.
The young woman frowned, wondering how to answer his question, since she couldn't use the PDA since he had a blindfold. She gave a sort of disgruntled airy sigh, she didn't want to go in, but she was curious about the possibility of ghosts and there might be information about the city or its residents in there...
Okami stuck to the shadows of the buildings, wanting to head down to the hospital to take a gather some herbs from the greenhouse and dry them in the window of his apartment. It'd be good in case anyone was harmed in the future and it would be like sleeping in his mother's garden.
He froze when he spotted the two, lowering his goggles to rest on his neck to get a better look. Maybe he could walk past them and they wouldn't notice? ...When did he become so anti-social?
He took a breath, putting on his sweetest smile and walked over to the two, "I didn't expect to see anyone here, well..." His smile darkened playfully, "No one alive anyway." He paused a few feet from them, tilting his head, "If I've interrupted something, I'll just be heading in..."
People could barely startle him anymore, but he'd been so concentrated on trying to place that girl's face that Okami's approach went completely unnoticed. Which was why he stiffened at the other male's voice, his right hand twitching down to his waist, magic gathering in his palm as he started to reach his mind towards his weapon. Thankfully, he stopped himself, staring at the newcomer from beneath the fabric of his blindfold.
Ahh, finally. It took him a while, seeing as he only knew her face from videos of when they were both children, but he knew her. The girl who couldn't speak, the one who communicated through text. No wonder she'd looked a bit frustrated.
"... I can see through this," he said to Vera, reaching a hand up to run his fingers over the dark cloth. Then, he turned towards Okami, frowning slightly at him. "You actually want to go in there?"
Granted, Riku wasn't scared of the place. The teen wasn't really scared of anything. He just didn't know why anyone would want to go into a place so run down and reeking
