Nita's seen Timeheart a few times, usually in dreams. It's been a city, and it's been mountains; it's been the Sea. The shape of it changes, but one thing is constant: the light that only grows, never dims, and shows things as they truly are.

. . . the Heart of Time, where all times are one and all our sundered worlds lie whole, in That from which they proceeded . . .

Tonight, as the light of the lantern on the ship burns brighter, and then as the lights that were -- are -- Ed build in the water and fountain upwards, making Nita gasp -- well, she feels closer to Timeheart than she has in months.

It makes sense. It's the End of the Universe, and if all times and worlds aren't one here, it's close. Close enough for tonight.

There are tears running down her face. Ed died almost two and a half years ago for her, and she got him back for a little while, she got to say thank you, goodbye, and now he's going on again. It hurts, but it's right.

The lights go streaming past Yuna, and Nita whispers, "Goodbye, Ed. Love you."

I take Death with me, out of Time,
and make of it a path, a birth!

The Sea shall yet give up Her dead!

It seems very dark, afterwards, but Nita sees Yuna return to shore and sink to the ground. No surprise she's exhausted -- she just did something big, and Nita feels for her.

Wiping at her face, she heads that way to see how she can help.
