Summary: When Faith met Cordelia...
It was a long time coming, but here it is at last: the final chapter of the Lost & Found saga.
Meet me at Buck’s Bar tonight at eight, wear something comfortable. Faith
So that’s what she had decided to do about it. Cordelia read the note again. She had found it shoved under her door this morning. She strolled over to her closet and tried to figure out what would be ‘comfortable’ in Faith’s sense of the word.
She knew Buck’s Bar to be on the more rowdy side of town, so she decided she’d wear her blue jeans -low cut and extremely shapely- and a black “Bite me” tank top. Just to be on the safe side, she threw a sweater over it, which covered her body below the ass. Didn’t want to risk being harassed before she even reached the bar.
The top wasn’t exactly her style, but somehow she felt Faith would appreciate it. She put on some mascara and her favourite dark red lipstick and headed for her car.
Buck’s Bar was loud, crowded and worst of all, did not contain Faith. Cordelia sat down at the bar and asked for red wine. She kept her eyes on her drink, hoping not to draw too much attention.
“Now what’s a beautiful girl like you doing in a dump like this?” Cordelia was about to throw her drink, when she noticed it was actually Faith, who was grinning madly.
“Whoa, there C, no need to get personal already!” she winked, as she grabbed Cordelia’s wrist and put the drink back on the bar. “Ready to shoot some pool?”
Cordelia was a bit startled to see the men at the pool table back away as soon as Faith approached.
“Just keeping it warm for you, Faith.”
“We didn’t wanna finish this game anyway, Faith, table’s all yours…”
The men hurried to get out of the slayer’s sight.
“What was that all about?”
Faith shrugged. “They tried to take this table from me once and I think some of them still have bruised egos because of it.”
“Oh.”
They set up the table, some men eyeing Cordelia as she bent over to take the first shot. She vaguely heard a grunt when the white ball slammed into the others and when she got up, the tables around the table were surprisingly empty. She raised an eyebrow at Faith, who just smirked before lining up her shot.
Cordelia couldn’t help but laugh. “You’re really something, aren’t you?”
“Well, I have my useful traits,” Faith laughed, as she manoeuvred a ball into the pocket. She missed the next one on purpose, but made sure Cordelia wasn’t looking when it happened. “Your turn.”
“Which one should I go for then?”
Faith carefully circled the table. “Try the green one, over there.”
Cordelia had in fact played pool many times, but decided to play dumb. “And erm, how would I do that?” she asked, silently hoping Faith would catch on.
Faith didn’t have to be asked twice. She took up position behind the brunette, lining up the shot with her hands over Cordelia’s. “Well, you aim for that corner there,” she said, her breath rushing past Cordelia’s neck. “And then you try to hit the white ball a little to the left.”
Cordelia shivered as she felt Faith’s body pressed against her own. She completely botched the shot, because her brain couldn’t focus on anything but the woman behind her.
Faith quickly retrieved the ball and told her to try again. This time she actually leaned over the table across from her, to show her where to hit the side of the table. “See, if you plant your ball here,” she motioned, her top dropping as she did, showing just a little more skin, “you should land the green in the hole on the other side.”
“Woman, stop making it so damn hard to focus,” Cordelia muttered as she took the shot. The green ball landed neatly in the pocket.
“You said something, C.?”
“Hmm? Oh no, nothing. Which one’s next?”
“How about that blue one there?” Faith pointed. “Want another drink?”
Cordelia looked up from her shot. “Yes please!”
“Red wine, I presume,” her date grinned mockingly.
“Yes, smart ass, just run along and get it,” Cordelia sniggered as she tapped Faith firmly on the bum. Faith winked and strolled over to the bar.
A few drinks and three empty tables later, Cordelia decided to step it up a notch. “Hey, wanna go dancing or something? All this wine makes me wanna go clubbing!”
“Sure, C, I could go for a few beats myself.”
-----------
The Liquid was the place to be if you wanted to go clubbing in LA. It only took a glance from Cordelia for the bouncer to open the door and wave them through. Faith was a little surprised, and looked over at the jealous crowd shouting they got here first. She sneered at them and quickly followed Cordelia inside.
The music was loud and the beat immediately begged Faith to get the hell on the dance floor. So she moved over and let her body move to the rhythm. She didn’t see the appreciative looks Cordelia was throwing her, while the brunette chatted with the owner. The two of them had been friends since the night she first came to LA and Cordelia was going for all the perks she could get.
Then, she joined Faith who was already driving the crowd crazy with her body. “Decided to join me then,” Faith whispered into her ear as she pulled Cordelia close. “What do you say we give these guys a lil’ show?” Faith pointedly looked at the men around her that had been staring since she arrived.
“I’m game,” Cordelia grinned.
They let the music take over, their bodies inches apart, their dance moves slow and tantalising. Most of the guys didn’t know where to look and half the women drew their boyfriends away from the spectacle. Some were bold enough to dance around them, but Cordelia and Faith had stopped paying attention to their environment.
Faith took a hold of Cordelia’s hips and slowly moved up against her. She felt the woman gasp as she moved her fingers across her lower back and down to her ass. She really felt like kissing her lips, trailing her collar bone, biting her neck…
She had to will herself not to give in. Instead, she put her leg in between Cordelia’s and decided to drive the woman crazy. Their dancing intensified by the minute, with Faith imagining all kinds of things she could do to make her dance partner cave.
Suddenly, Cordelia grasped Faith’s wrist and pulled her off the dance floor. “Come with me,” she breathed into her ear. Too stunned to protest, Faith let Cordelia drag her to the VIP room. There, Cordelia let go and stood to catch her breath for a moment. She turned to look at Faith.
Faith didn’t know what to do. She got pulled in here and had had a pretty good idea on why they were here. The serious look she was getting, had taken her completely off guard.
“Something wrong, C.?”
Cordelia walked up to her, grabbing one of her hands. “I just want to make one thing clear before I let my body take over, ok?”
Faith frowned. “Erm, sure?”
“I don’t want to be a toy, Faith and I don’t want you to think you’re my toy either. I had a great time tonight, and I’m definitely planning on kissing you after all this, so---“
Faith didn’t care about the rest. She pressed her lips against Cordelia’s, pulling her closer. The brunette seemed a bit startled at first, but then put her arms around Faith’s neck and returned the kiss with everything she had.
“Let’s get out of here,” she whispered.
The ride to Cordelia’s place was a complete blur. Their clothes started coming off at the front door and ended up forming a neat trail to the bedroom.
Since Faith had been here before in the other dimension, she’d known exactly how to guide their make out sessions to make her end up on top. She grinned as she pinned Cordelia beneath her.
That wasn’t all she remembered, though. She also remembered the many ways to make Cordelia scream.

Faith awoke to the scent of Cordelia’s hair, as it lay scattered across her face. She trailed Cordelia’s arm and thought back of the first time she’d slept with other Cordelia. Somehow it had been very similar, besides the actual date. She smiled and kissed the sleeping beauty on her forehead.
Cordelia moved in closer to her, still blissfully unaware. Faith stared at the ceiling. She was finally home.
