Chocolate-balsamic dressing? Recipe, please.

Take one bottle of Hotel Chocolate's Cocoa Nib and Balsamic Vinegar, mix with a little olive oil and pour over foodstuff of choice. Yum. Been meaning to try the vinegar on it's own with strawberries as I'm sure that would be good too.

You know what, it wouldnever have occurred to me to mix chocolate and balsamic, but in a strange way I can actually see it working. Intriguing.
