It's not related to the attack, but it's my brother. He's very sick, one of those things bit him a little while ago. I had no idea this sort of thing could happen from it. Please, could you help him? He's the only family I've got.

It's been a couple of weeks. I thought he'd be okay, but recently he's taken a turn for the worse. We're in room 808 of the Bryant Park Hotel. I'll be waiting there.
