Hi, sorry do you mean Manila? For 100g by airmail, it's 3.10SGD; by surface mail it's 1.50SGD. It depends on how heavy the items you're getting are. I currently only accept PayPal for overseas buyers. :)

Lol it's predicted that Fukuoka's will be blue. Plus last year Tokyo's is blue, so it's unlikely it will be again. :/
