Hair dye? It's easy to use.

No, she bleached it. You can't dye light colours with dark hair. It realy isn't so bad, you just use a little black hair dye and then wait for your natural hair to grow out. Though, you could always just leave it blond and wait for it to grow out, that would look awful though.
