The dots represent the pirate nature in every ninja and the ninja-nature in every pirate. There are no pinjas. Everything outside of the yin-yang is banned.

This particular diagram isn't representative of everyone as a whole, but as individuals. Of course, there's a little Pirate and ninja in each of us, but on this, everyone falls somewhere specific. And if you fall in the little ninja area in Pirate land, then you're a closeted ninja who tries to be a Pirate because it's cool. Hence pinja. Hence death and dishonor.
