OMG. That was intense! I am on tenterhooks waiting to see what happens now.

I'm really loving this story - it's definitely a page-turner for me. I particularly enjoy seeing the team working together when the chips are down, still in character but not quite like their usual selves when back at the Hub with Jack in charge. For me, that progression makes for an even more interesting read.

I do think that there has to be a change in the characters after Jack goes; he can't be the only thing that holds them together. And rumor has it that they will actually try getting along a little bit in Season Two, so... yay for that!

Damn you!! I'm never going to get any work done at this rate! Another brilliant chapter! Loved the relationship that's developing between Tosh and Ianto, and the character development in Tosh - I hope something like this happens in the 2nd series of Torchwood! I'm also liking the way the team are looking up to Ianto and trusting him, and he seems to be falling into the role of leader well, or as well as he can do in the circumstances! :)

I really hope the characters work together like this in series 2 of the show. Me too. The fighting and bickering is fun a little bit, but... teamwork? Maybe? It'd be nice.

This chapter is such a ride! Its got everything going on at once; its bloody marvelous. Well worth the wait; as agonising as it was.
My Ianto as the 'knight in shining armour' that fetish has been fulfilled with this part.
Perfect characetrisations and amazing writing.
