[It's early, he just finished preparing lunch bento for later when he saw that. It's disheartening but he smiles just a little bit. He thinks Akira would make a beautiful bride or a handsome groom one day. Whichever the case may be.]
[Sasori is troubled; although it was different for him, he understands what it is like to have a strained relationship with a loved one.]
Perhaps it is necessary for all artists to have suffering in their pasts, in order to drive them to create. Crafting something truly enduring and beautiful may even be impossible without it.
[He smiles, slightly.]
Although, happier times in the present can prove to be inspiring as well.
I don't know if it's necessary, but I think it's one reason people turn to art. I feel peaceful when I draw... like I'm in control of my own little world.
But I like depicting my happy life the best. You don't feel like you have to hide your secrets in your art when you're happy.
I've been working on a few things. And I'm going to start a portrait of Iruka-sensei and Kakashi-san pretty soon here.
You know, this period of peace has really inspired me. Everyone here is so kind to one another and genuinely caring. I think there's a great beauty in that.
[Was totally helping Itachi make breakfast but isn’t the best in the kitchen - except for ramen or tea - so took the opportunity to just get out of the way and do a quick scan of the Hitomi.
... came across Akira's dream.]
Oy.
[And is now standing in the doorway of the bedroom, Hitomi shoved into his pants pocket, eyes on Akira. There’s something akin to quiet concern in blue depths.]

Akira-kun...
[ He says lightly. It's all he says. ]

Good morning, Kakashi-san.

Good morning.
[ A pause ]
I think Iruka and I will be seeing you in a bit. Itachi invited us over for breakfast.

[He's pleased, though, he's awfully fond of Iruka and Kakashi.]

Is something on your mind, Akira-kun?

I guess I was just thinking about... being married and stuff.

[Shyly. He likes saying Naruto's name especially, having given up on his joking nickname for him... mostly.]
It's just... hmm.

Are you making enough for me?
[Cause Itachi always makes the bento and he wants to make sure he doesn't screw up the natural order of things.]

It's the same for me. The maintenance of my creations helps me to relax and focus my mind.
I'm quite curious to see what you create next.

[No Naru-tan, at least not at the moment. Akira looks a little bit like he's been caught at something. He's embarrassed.]
Did Itachi kick you out of the kitchen?
[It's so easy to resort to snide remarks - but it's loving. No, really.]

No!
[Too loud, too fast and to vehement to be honest. He deflates.]
…maybe.
[Glances back and steps into the bedroom, watching Akira closely.]
You hungry?

[He pulls his knees up to his chest, self-conscious, afraid to ask what he suspects.]
The hell you staring at? [Akira demands to know instead.]
