Opening Works/WordPerfect files in Microsoft Word

College students with Microsoft Word (or with Word Perfect and a USB thumb/flash drive), never again be stuck with a Word Perfect (.WPS) file that can't be opened in Word! Hey Paul, did you hear that David Adams (IT department) died on campus at Macon State? It was either yesterday or today, I don't know. I didn't know him, perhaps you did. They don't know how he died yet.

And after actually reading your post I have this to say:

Damn it! I wish I knew that yesterday, when my classmate emailed me his mineral information that was a wps file and I couldn't open it! Our presentation suffered because the dope uses Word Perfect!
