VHS to DVD

What is the easiest and most cost-effective way to transfer video from VHS to DVD if I don't have the equipment to do it myself?

We do it for $35.

Heh. I'd rather find the DVD. It's for use in the classroom, and the VHS functions, but it's an inconvenient use of too much time.

And it's not even my classroom. :)
