It's Sunday evening. Megan has the Beauty and the Beast Enchanted Christmas straight-to-DVD on downstairs. I've caught up as much as I can on my LJ stuff. We packed more boxes for the big move. I started reading an actual paper book for a change (although I'm also reading Officers Club on my tiny phone screen between things). My brain is mush

Hope everything goes smoothly with the move. I read way more fanfic then books lately but fanfics make me so much happier.

OMG!! I haven't written since high school but what I posted for that topic, I kinda want to expand on that. It sucks because I've got no time. We have huge summer projects starting up and I'm in charge of one of them. Of course I get the idiot who is my second in command. There will be more griping about that in the future, I'm sure.:D

Sucks being a grown up.:D

Thanks! I just fired up the last 5 minutes of the Castle finale on abc.com to prep for my "finale fix" for writeandgripe. I'm feeling a burst of inspiration coming on!

This week looks shot for writing anything that isn't the Castle piece I volunteered for, but I do have a couple of K/L ideas starting to kick the tires, so you probably won't have long to wait.

And if the Celtics game stinks tonight, maybe I'll knock out the whole Castle thing tonight. And write you hot pilot action tomorrow. :)

Eeeee! Is it totally bad to be happy that I rank with paper fiction!!! What's the book? And BTW, I totally love the idea of a Pride & Prejudice, BSG crack. I'm thinking Mr. Darcy has a bit of the whole Adama moodiness to him.

I'm finally reading Neil Gaiman's Graveyard Book. I needed something light. I have some history books on the to be read pile, along with a Don't Know Much, but the kids book makes the cut.

RL is nuts right now with the upcoming move and craziness at work and a 5 year old and the NBA playoffs and K/L fics wanting to be written and Castle fics wanting to be written and a husband who gives me a hard time about spending so much time on fandom stuff... *sigh* I keep telling myself July will be better. It will at least be different. :)

Hmmm... I get the same comment regarding fanfic writing (and vids and the like). My hubby doesn't get it either. *hugs!*
