So it's spring break this week. Hmmm. I think I'm gonna end up using most or all of it to try to get all caught up on everything I =should= be doing.... which is a bit of a bummer, y'know? And sleep a lot, if the last couple days are any indication. I'd like to go visit people or something, but seeing as we don't exactly have a car, and the Boy ( Read more... )

I had that same problem once, and it really did turn out to be the power supply.

you let your cooling system go and it'll screw up other things on you. sorry to hear. probably if you'd caught it a bit earlier you'd have been ok. which was the other fan that went, just a case fan ( ... )

power supply. that intermitant freezing, the fact that you blew a fan in there to begin with, all points to power supply. and get 50W-100W more on the next power supply you buy...

and agree, by now you could have new shiny computer! ah well.
