Hmm... I'm seeing Raiton with a bit of Suiton. During rainy weather, you like to go outside and walk around. This makes me think that you wouldn't be afraid if it started thundering and lightning while you were outside. You'd like to kill as quickly as possible and electrocution has to be the fastest way. While I did see some Suiton, the fact that you didn't say you'd go swimming at the beach made me lean more toward Raiton for you :)

Going with suiton~ I thought about raiton as well, but I was thinking more like if you were to go outside while it rained, you're not afraid of the worse aspects of water and therefore would have more control over it :)
