Team Kurenai, because they strike me as a team in which everyone has their faults and which may not be all about perfect harmony but which still manages to grow into a close group and learn about each other as well as about how to best work together. And that I think goes well with how you described your good/bad traits and the way you'd want your team to interact. Especially the 'I think that one of the most important parts of teamwork is friendship. But of course, no one's perfect, people aren't always getting along.' section reminded me of them, what with appreciating each other but knowing that it isn't always going to be about peace, butterflies and clinging together.

I kind of see you working well on Team Kakashi (the post-timeskip one with Naruto, Sakura, Sai, Kakashi, and Yamato)! I just feel like you'd be able to handle all of the different personalities on that team and help them be more balanced and everything. And from your "Time has passed" section answers, I kind of think you'd understand Future!Naruto's drive to get Sasuke back as well. :)
