http://community.livejournal.com/ninjafy/560197.html?thread=6239813#t6239813 What are three positive adjectives that you would use to describe yourself (please try to go into some detail for each one!)?:
1. Outgoing. I'll be friends with anyone, I'll talk to anyone, I try anything once. Makes for an interesting life.
2. Affectionate. I am a very cuddly, touchy feely, sappy sort of person (with my friends, not complete strangers) I think it can get on some peoples' nerves, but I like tactile people. I should really get a puppy or something.
3. Funny. At least this is what people tell me. I speak before I think and most of the time what comes out of my mouth is kinda witty. I wouldn't make a good stand up comic tho, since my type of funny is very spur of the moment and I can't plan one liners. But I can make people laugh quite easily.
What are three negative adjectives that you would use to describe yourself?:
1. Competetive. Very. Not that I'm a sore loser, because I don't mind losing, it's just that every time I lose I just become more determined to win. I once spent three days without sleep playing Sonic the Hedgehog because I refused to be defeated by a computer game. I completed the game by the way, and then I slept for 24 hours. My mother let me play on her Nintendo DS the other day, and I refused to give it back to her until I had completed the level I was stuck on. Losing just makes me wanna try again and I guess on a smaller scale that could be a good thing, but I could waste my life trying to do the impossible just because I refuse to admit defeat.
2. Cruel. Without meaning to be most of the time. I said before that I speak before I think, and while sometimes what I say can be funny, sometimes what I say is just mean. I speak my mind a lot, without thinking about whether what I say will upset anyone. Sometimes I make people laugh, sometimes I make people cry. Makes me feel very guilty afterwards.
3. Impatient. I don't like being forced to wait. Be it for an appointment or waiting in a queue, I can't stand being forced to wait for anything. I'm gettting better at waiting tho, but I still get kinda irritable if I have to hang around waiting for something.
Would others agree with the above adjectives? Would they possibly use different ones to describe you (and, if yes, which ones would you not be surprised to see)?
I wouldn't be surprised to see laid back, because for the most part I think I come across this way, I'm not really quick to anger in most situations. And maybe sarcastic, but this is just my little quirk. But I think that most people would agree with what I've listed above.
If YOU were able to create a ninja village, what symbol would you want on your forehead protector?
A trefoil knot:
It's a symbol for immortality, and I would hope that my village would survive anything and never be defeated.
What type of weather and/or which season do you prefer?
I like heat. But too much heat would probably get to me, so maybe a warm climate with a cool breeze. I prefer spring, not blisteringly hot, but warm.
What type of location do you see yourself more likely to live in (for example: near water, in the desert, near a forest, etc)?
I would like to live somewhere near the mountains, with pretty scenery.
Would you like ninja training in your village to be harsh in order for the strongest to advance, or would you rather it be more forgiving of mistakes?
I would prefer the training to be harsh, so that those who wouldn't be able to survive the life of a ninja would be rooted out as soon as possible. It wouldn't be fair to let those who would be killed straight away become ninja, and it woudln't be fair to let them get their hopes up and think that they would make it as ninja when they are just going to end up disappointed.
Speaking of missions, would you prefer only hard or advanced missions for all of your resident ninja or would you not mind them participating in simpler errands if need be?
A mixture of both. The missions should suit the rank and skill levels of the ninja taking part in them. You can't send genin on S-ranked missions, so there would have to be a suitable mixture of mission types.
Would you prefer living in a more populated and busy village, or one more rural/country-like?
I'd prefer to live in a busy place, with lots of things to do and see, and lots of people.
All hidden villages have a leader...what kind of leader would you most respect and why?
One who would be willing to die for their village (tho this should go for all village leaders) one that loves the village and the villagers.
Would you prefer it if your village's leader had almost total power and control over the workings of the village, or shared it with some kind of council?
This is tough, because some leader don't deserve to have total power, they might be corrupt and so it would make sense for their power to be shared with a council. But then again some leaders are incredibly fair and have buckets of integrity, while the council may be corrupt. I would say that the power should be shared, but with maybe only a unanimous vote from the council being able to override the village leader. Or something like that.
Anything else?: Nope. ^^
