What are three positive adjectives that you would use to describe yourself (please try to go into some detail for each one!)?:
1. calm - for some reason even if the tension level increases, I still am calm and don't panic.
2. forgiving - holding grudges makes no sense, it only makes your life harder than it's worth in fact. Besides, even if people hurt you intentionally, it doesn't mean that you must hurt them for that. In this way you only prove that you're on their level. So sometimes it's better to forgive.
3. patient - I seem to have quite a lot of it, and believe me, it's quite difficult to make me really angry.

What are three negative adjectives that you would use to describe yourself?:
1. Introverted - my introversion level is 80% and, although I might seem to be an open person on the outside, there are quite a lot of things I keep to myself.
2. Too logical - I try to put logic into EVERYTHING. And believe me, it doesn't work at all. Logic can't explain emotions.
3. Low self-esteem. I have no faith in my own abilities. I happen to do things that are great in other people's opinion, but I hardly ever see them that great myself.

Would others agree with the above adjectives? Would they possibly use different ones to describe you (and, if yes, which ones would you not be surprised to see)? I guess they could agree with me being patient, but judging by my Johari window, they'd say that I'm friendly, caring and kind. I can't disagree with it, but these are not the traits I value the most ^^; And for the negative ones... I think they'd say I worry too much about the things that I shouldn't and that I happen to exaggerate some things sometimes. I guess they could point out introversion as well. And for sure they'd say that I'm not a sociable type of person during parties ^^;

If YOU were able to create a ninja village, what symbol would you want on your forehead protector? Something that would hold a deep meaning for me

What type of weather and/or which season do you prefer? end of Spring and beginning of Fall. It's not too warm then and not too cold and there is not too much rain. I hate heavy rain, but I could live with occasional short storms. Besides, I love sunny weather.

What type of location do you see yourself more likely to live in (for example: near water, in the desert, near a forest, etc.)? No desert, please, and no mountains. And although I like to be close to water, I don't like too much water as well. I'm perfectly fine with a lake or a river. What I really need are trees - the more, the better. But I don't want it to be a deep forest as well.

Would you like ninja training in your village to be harsh in order for the strongest to advance, or would you rather it be more forgiving of mistakes? I'd prefer something that increases difficulty level gradually. Means, once you're able to accomplish something, you skip to a higher level. Training should be harsh, in order to prepare you for the worst, but it shouldn't be too harsh, as there should be some place for making mistakes. We are human after all, so it's normal we make mistakes. And we can learn a lot from them.

Speaking of missions, would you prefer only hard or advanced missions for all of your resident ninja or would you not mind them participating in simpler errands if need be? What about missions being related to the skill level? The better you are, the most difficult mission you get. Giving an overly difficult mission to someone who can barely defend oneself is not the best idea. Missions should be a bit challenging, though. But I don't think that giving an easier mission to someone who's an expert is bad, too. Even an expert needs some rest sometimes.

Would you prefer living in a more populated and busy village, or one more rural/country-like?I wouldn't like it to be a completely rural area, but I wouldn't like it to a big city as well. Small or middle-sized city, please, in which something still happens.

All hidden villages have a leader...what kind of leader would you most respect and why? Someone who values lives of others. Someone who would care about other people and not see them as tools that can be used and then disposed. Someone who thinks things trough and can see long-term effects of the decisions made. Someone who can make difficult decisions and accept all the consequences. Someone who think about protecting others, not about own power or fame.

Would you prefer it if your village's leader had almost total power and control over the workings of the village, or shared it with some kind of council?Democracy not always is the better thing, you know ^^; I think that one strong leader with a small group of people that would advise the leader and make sure the leader will care about the village is the perfect choice.

Anything else?: Not really
