When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Mature for most of time, hardly ever happen to be immature
Leader or Follower?: Surprisingly enough neither. I could be a leader if it was necessary, but I don't mind being follower (less responsibility and so one)
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: 55 % Optimistic, 45 % Pessimistic. I'd call myself realist.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious to the point it's almost er... bad for one's sanity. Don't even expect me to do things on a whim
Outgoing or Shy: Something in between. I'm not extremely outgoing, but I get along almost immediately with most of people I met, so I'm not really shy either.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? That they are friendly and dependable and that they won't let me do all the job that should be done only by myself. Even if I would try to do it in fact (yes... I have such a habit). And that they know what team work mean.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Strategist (I'm mistress of planning even if not always said plans are put in practice) and support as well.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Yup. I can work with people with whom I don't get along, but not for long as I would soon start to avoid them. If we are a team then we definitely need to get along with each other, at least when we are on a mission. Getting along when not on a mission also would be nice. I'd never force my team mates to hang out with me, but if they want it, I don't mind :)

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? My life has taught me one thing - friends are important. Assuming that I do get along with my team, I don't think I'd leave my teammate. I'd try to persuade the other teammate to continue the mission if it's really important and tried to save the teammate by myself. Don't blame me for that, in such situation I work the best alone. Besides, it will give a chance that at least one of us will survive.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I'd expect them to do what they think is the best solution in such situation.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? If I did get along with the team, then there is no way I'd ever regret it :) The only thing I could regret is losing the bond with my team.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? Not really. Team work is one thing and working alone is another. I can't expect that they always will be with me. Besides, I can work alone if I have to. I don't mind it at all.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? It would hurt and make me feel sad :(

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? ^^; Team Gai (sorry, but I don't really respect Gai as a teacher), maybe team Snake as well, because of Sasuke >_>;

Anything else?: Not really :P
