When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Eh, I'm normally pretty mature, but if I'm working with others, I tend to get sort of immature, either by being kind of prissy(if I think the assignment's important) or just goofing off a little(if I don't think the group assignment seriously).
Leader or Follower?: Leader, normally, especially if we're being graded/rated/it actually counts, to the point of terrorizing the other members if I start worrying enough. =/ But if there's a stronger, more capable personality, I'll step down.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: In the end, I'm usually optimistic/realistic about what we're capable of , once I get a feel for everyone's personalities. ... or just despondent, if it does turn out that my group's incompetent.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious like whoa. I don't like taking chances or relying too much on one plan.
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? I'd like to think that they're nice, easygoing and dependable people. But to be absolutely honest, what I'd more likely think would be that they're bumbling idiots, because I tend to be cynical with people.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? I'd probably be support, or intelligence and gather information outside what was given in the briefing. I love research way, way too much.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Well, I expect a certain amount of respect and a strong bond, especially if we're in it for the long haul. We don't have to act like best friends, but I still want that high level of trust and dependency. I'd also like to get to know them a little, because it's awkward working with someone who's essentially a stranger, despite having known them for several years.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? I'd want to save them! People are more important than a mission.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I'd expect them to complete the mission first.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? I'd think it was worth it, especially if I improve as a person/whatever while we're a team.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? Yes. I don't like change.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? I'd be fairly sad. If I've become dependent on them/used to them, I'd just brood for a ridiculous amount of time.
Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Probably not.

Anything else?: My matchmaking!application hasn't been stamped yet, but I think posting this is okay? I'm not sure.
