Strange Dream...
So, Ithildyn and I are catching up with this season of Supernatural (They just met a character named Josiah).
Last night, I had a Supernatural dream. It sounds to me like a great story idea.
Castiel and Bobby decide that the best way to solve the apocalypse is that Sam and Dean leave the planet. If they're out side the angels and demons sphere of influence, there can't be a fight between Michael and Lucifer.
So, a spell is cast.
Sam, Dean, and Castiel (He gets sucked in somehow), end up in the Star Wars galaxy.
Of course, since it's outside his sphere of influence, Castiel is mostly a normal humanoid. He isn't happy with that. And, since it's a dream, he's not happy that his cell phone doesn't work.
Dean thinks lightsabers are for losers... "It's a stick that lights up. Pffft!"
Sam goes geeky over the physics of hyperspace flight.
It devolved with the guys going around the Star Wars universe. Obviously, pulling information from my subconcious from the Knights of the Old Republic games and the novels and movies... I wouldn't be surprised that the three end up as mercs...
I would love to write this, but I don't think I could...
Anyone wanna try it? Catch!
Of course, you could make it the Star Trek universe... they get propelled a couple hundred years into the future of an alternate reality. Damn it! Now, I'm seeing Dean gulping Romulan Ale and leering at Orion dancers.
