Today, my pharmacist, a clerk, and I made many a customer laugh because we spent a good hour arguing over who is smarter, Tony Stark or Bruce Wayne. The clerk insisted it was Bruce Wayne, I insisted it was Tony Stark, and the pharmacist just took whatever side kept the argument going

Tony, hands down. Just for a start, he builds his own Superhero gear. Not that Bruce is stupid, but he'd not a certified genius like Tony.

Oh, and tell David I win [g] (assuming that's one of the participants?)

Yes, David was the pharmacist in question :).

That was the basis of my argument as well. The guy graduates from MIT at 16, he builds his own tech, he can build things no one else can... out of scraps... in a cave.

His main argument for Bruce being smarter is all the martial arts he knows, etc. My reply was that wasn't smarts, that was skills you learn by repetitive practice.
