Banner Makers.
Bannermakers. To avoid future issues concerning banners, we've set up a few things. It's all the same as before ;)
As you all know, winners receive a custom made banners made by our bannermakers. However, we do get problems like (inactivity, unavailability, etc.) and inevitably causing well over-due banners. So, here's our proposal:
It's not exactly a due date. But sort of is. We've given a four-week time period for banners. In the event that banners are not made by the designated bannermaker within the following four weeks after the results are announced, then those banners are up for grabs and any other bannermaker who would want to make them can. There's no pressure or anything. In fact, four weeks is a lot of time. There's no need to rush. However, the bannermaker that do take up the unfinished job will have to make those banner within a week's time, as soon as possible.
(It doesn't mean the originally designated bannermaker can't make them anymore. I'm just saying that if it takes so long... chances are that bannermaker is busy. We don't want it to take longer so it's being offered to others to make as well.)
It's not that we want those banners done right away in a snap, nor are we rushing. We just don't want our winners to wait too long. Again, four weeks is plenty of time. And since we have more bannermakers now, the week intervals are longer.

If you are unable to do banners during your week, please inform us so we could assign a replacement.
Banner Information - things to remember.
+ A lot of things is up to the bannermaker.
+ Just be sure to include the following:
- Winner's name
- Winner's placement
- Week number
- Theme name *
- Community name. ninja_stillness
* Note on Theme name: It might be troublesome since we have multiple themes, but it's up to you. Actually, you can just put which theme is depicted in the icon. Makes sense.
Please remember to put a subject (Week ## | Banners) and label your entries with the appropriate tag (banners).
We are accepting applications. We have two spots available. If you are interested, please comment on this screened post with a few examples and we moderators will get back to you. :)
