So I was up at Newcastle this weekend for a "Newcastle Meet-up" which turned out to be me, my NOTT'INHAM BRO Henry (Bowler), Henry P, Lauren, Loli and Taru XD Apparently everyone else bailed

Wait, what? 100 mph? Just to keep up with traffic? Wow. Baltimore/DC area, if you go over 80 you're risking a ticket. I mean, the speed limit is like, 65 max, but 100? Really? I wish I could go everywhere that fast...

Well, actually the limit here is 70 XD I wasn't entirely sure how and why people thought they could get away with going that fast for an extended period of time, but it would seem they did! I saw one police car parked off at a raised area on the side, aimed out at traffic, on the way up. Also saw some highway patrol vehicles on the road, but they were only ever there for a short period of time before heading off up a sliproad or something...

I've never been on a road where people drive so fast before. On the M1, which is a much wider motorway, people generally go at about 80 (speed limit is stil 70).

...so yeah, I dunno how I didn't manage to get a ticket XD

That's only if you get camera'd. And I did slow down once I saw the police cars XD Ones in motion will pull you over.

Everyone goes that fast up there XDD. It's just the way it is. -shrug- Yay I got all excited to know about where you were talking about. XD I am special like that! Newcastle is awesome and more people should visit it!!!
