I don't seem to find the time to post anymore. I end up storing things up in my head, and then forgetting to post about them until I lose it. So I inevitably end up with, well, nothing I can think of to post about when the time is available XD

That whole thing with BT plays out like some sort of joke, except... except I think the joke is unfortunately on you...
I like the "Could you speak English, please" coming from the man who can't pronounce your name right, and the huffy attitude, "If you don't have a BT line, THEN HOW AM I CALLING YOU ON THIS NUMBER!?" XD

See, BT used to have a monopoly on phonelines because it was a government subsidised body. When it became privatised, it retained all it's customers (like, everyone in the goddamned country) and their money. Now, there're a bunch of other phone companies which are gradually taking their share away from BT. So, supposedly, BT has a shitload of money. And even then they have such shitty customer service. It's ridiculous.
And, yeah, the "can you speak English please?" really tipped me over the edge, I think. Being woken up didn't help either XD And it was funny that he couldn't even recognise that the number he was reading out wasn't a BT number (all BT numbers start with a certain number, and mine doesn't start with that number).
To be fair, if it wasn't me, I'd be lolling XD

LOL at the Indian guy though - clearly your Nottinghamshire accent is another language entirely!
And yeah, you better come visit again - come up at the end of November, that's when Cate's visiting. I'll make apple crumble ^^
