And, yes, you do! I remember when me and Kev were watching the first ep. We lolled much when we finally "got" it XDDDD The rest of the series' plot progresses much like you would expect any anime series to, albeit told out of order.

I'm assuming it was all in one piece, no bits of hair came off or anything. Will have to cancel the pre-order figure of her in the school uniform, it is like 5000Yen which is just under double what that one cost...unless you want two figures?

Hm... and that one cost how much? £30? So that other one would cost £60?

You have no idea how tempting it is to have another Haruhi figure... but £60 is a bit steep, even for a rabid fanboy such as I XD
