Push-Ups, Leg Drops and Planks

Those are the exercises that I decided I'd try out for a while. Thanks so much for your comments on my last post! Lots of good suggestions and ideas. As the entry title would indicate, I'm going to try to do push-ups, leg drops, and planks for a while and see how that works for me ( Read more... )

Cheesy as this is, I really like my Biggest Loser 20 minute workout video with, darn it, what's her name.... Jillian Michaels. I think it is called the 20 Day Shred. You don't do anything for more than a minute at a time. Most of us can do anything for 60 seconds. Not that I have been, you know, actually using said video any time recently.... I am hoping to start again soon, but am having trouble hauling my ass out of bed early enough to do it before work.
