Luh..a.n....... the poor guy! All of those victims! I'm curious to see how you work around this concept, because if the angle you're going for is that it's because he has a serial killer's heart that he's like this, then what else is there for Jongin to do except bring his to justice (which would entail either detaining or killing him)??? Unless Jongin because so enraptured by the thrill of the chase and Kyungsoo himself that he slowly descents into that psychotic lifestyle, too. Anyway, great update!
