charlie and meryl were adorable, i just felt so bad because no one even knew they were doing anything there, and we were all very obviously there for Apolo. Still it was a great surprise and they're very cool.

Apolo is basically the cutest and most dazzling dude ever. Luckyyyyyyyyy. I love how sweet he always seems to be to his fans, and pretty much everyone in general. What a cool guy. :D

I'm one of the luckier people I know when it comes to epic shit like this. and i'm still stupidly giddy each time, I never ever get used to it, and I hope I never do.

seriously, he's just very, all about eye contact and talking to everyone and making sure everyone gets his dedicated attention. and he's really grateful to everyone that's there and always seems surprised that we would show up for him. he was surprised we were there at 7am, i'm like, psh that was only like an hour and a half early that was already cutting it too close for me.

i love when you find out people you respect and admire are as sweet as you want them to be.

totally non creeper. i left it unlocked so people could come over for the main post and so I didn't ramble on and on more then I did over at the main post. XDD

it's really encouraging to see how sweet and warm he is with people. he could so easily be like 'pshhh i'm the most decorated winter olympian in the country, your argument is invalid" but he's not. he's like 'omg you waited an hour because of me?!!!'
