Well, the Saigo no Yakusoku promo pictures were a sort of...homage to their first drama, V no Arashi, so that's why the concept is basically the same :)

Although I'm not sure if the first picture was the promo pic for V no Arashi, since they were really young back then. I was thinking this was taken during the Pikanchi Double days? :) I might be wrong though. :)
