Guest room and out-houses and almost all of the cellar are declutterd.
Heeee, I just had a vision of you cleaning out the out-house....over here, an out-house is an outdoor privy, usually with a little half moon cut in the door.
That English language we speak is strange, eh?

Nope, you are on the right track, except the toilet was removed some time ago and now it's just a small brick building at the end of the garden. :-)
