NTT DoCoMo FOMA 903iTV CM making of
For the last week of January, already very familiar with DoCoMo, KAT-TUN's Kamenashi-san had arrived at the studio in Tokyo for filming of the FOMA 903iTV series CM.

Very gently tying a tie over his striped shirt and pulling on a black jacket, it's an adultly elegant attire for Kamenashi-san. It feels like he's sitting alone deep into the night on an expensive-looking chair, looking at the vibrant movie on the cellphone TV screen, and at the same time emitting a meaningful sigh, that was how the shooting for this scene started.

It was required for this scene to be shot in all different kinds of versions. For example, with a slightly mischievous "it's coming, it's coming~♪" or "kita! (it came!/it's here!/this is it!)". If there was a request for "this kind of feeling", Kamenashi-san is able to find the good points and understand the feeling, and will be able to little by little perform to that effect. Eventually, the requests changed to "then next, "kita" while looking up (throwing head back) to the MAX version!", and other unreasonable instructions. "looking up to the MAX..." Kamenashi-san had smiled with a grimace, but at the same time "like this kinda feeling?" sitting in his chair in a "woah!" kind of expression while exaggeratively lifting his arms and legs. It goes without saying all the staff were in total acknowledgement. His good sense doesn't seem to be only in acting...

And so, this CM's main scene, the surfing scene.
The elegance scene mentioned before was replaced by some cool zebra patterned surfwear. Kamenashi-san watches the shooting of the surfing scene a while ago in Sydney involving a professional surfing coach. Even though Kamenashi-san has experience in surfing, he hadn't been able to visit the sea as of late. But he wields his surf board, with a natural ability in sports. The final shot had been fully acknowledged by all staff members.

In order to perfect those few seconds, Kamenashi-san didn't rest for 3 hours, trying over and over again. After, when we had thought Kamenashi-san should finally give in to weariness, very unexpectedly, he closed his eyes and shouted with "hopeful" imagination, "this is Australia. I'm surfing on these waves! Fu~~~!". The staff then completely immersed themselves into this kind of intensity.

After, the shooting filled with real-time scenes and speed was completed.

The blue skies, glittering sea, and Kamenashi Kazuya's surfing, the beauty of such an exciting and rejuvenating video, enjoy it not only on your televisions, but on your [903iTV] models as well.

---------

there will be 2 versions of this CM (one is the surfing one on the website, the other I'm not sure about...), each with a 15second version and 30second version.
