Suspense! Yes, I believe that a sense of danger and suspense are key ingredients in making a story engaging. I have to give you a reason to keep on reading right? :) *is evil* Chapters five and six just got betaed, and I will post them shortly!

My favorite part: "A daring boy who never learned to say out of the woods" that is so Gen with a kind of creepy undertone...
That was really unusual music...It was very different, which I think works well for your story.
