No beef, I'm just a snob about books that are overexposed.

It's not a bad book, even with the undisguised rant about the evil Greek Communists. If you're such a snob about overexposed books, why did you read the Harry Potter books?

As it happens I read the first two Harry Potter books in an oasis in the Peruvian desert after I had exhuasted all other reading material. I was then hooked and had to continue.
