Charla is actually my mom's co-worker. She was teaching yoga part time. She retired a few weeks ago and is now doing it full time. She is amazing! I also like how she asks me what I want to focus on; my posture is a bit off so both my yoga teachers are helping me correct it. I told Charla how I have no upper arm strength so she suggested we incorporate some weights in our sessions. It's going to be interesting.
PS, did you get my e-mail on July 4th? I was going to write you another lengthy, novel of an e-mail but I don't want to bog you down!
