This is my first tutorial and it's for beautdisastr.

1. This is the base :
2. Duplicate the base 2 times and set the 2 new layers to screen.
At this point, we have something like this :
3. Create a new COLOR BALANCE adjustment layer.
Make sure the "tone balance" is set to Midtones. The "color level" values are : 50 100 0
4. In the same COLOR BALANCE adjustement layer, now set the "tone balance" to Shadows.
The "color level" values are : 70 0 50
5. Et voilà :

The Izzie/Alex icon is exactly the same.
