play around in the settings. you can turn that stuff off. and even block certain people from seeing certain things.

oh god i HATE HATE HATE facebook. there's nothing redeeming about it at all. and it doesnt get better, not for me anyway, it just always gets more boring. but perhaps this is because when im online looking at people's avatars (their "profiles") i like them to have substance. myspace has substance and so does lj (diehard fan), but facebook is just...applications that don't really reveal anything about a person ever.

like where;s the good stuff? like ppl saying stuff that's of value instead of reposting chain letters or horrible rhyming poetry?

Oh good! I was really starting to get worried that I may be the only people that saw no point in it. It's a huge "idle chit-chat" bullshit conglomeration. Definitely not for people who are interested in blogging.
