I HATE this apartment complex.  On Dec. 29th they left notices on our cars that we'd need to be out of our assigned parking spaces on the 4th so that they could repave the parking lot.  They didn't.  Instead, they towed everyone's cars this morning (the 18th!), "at our expense", so that they could do it.  What's wrong with these people?!
