I'm just a little in love with Wee!Sam. Him working so hard on his project and drawing a little mouse and John being proud of him. All those touches of family life really make this fic for me. You always write them as such a loving family even if they are unconventional. Such a gift.

Gabriel is perfect, especially at the end when he one-ups Sam. Liked the little touch about the idea that they might have met before Sam can even really remember. (i.e before he was Sam)
