I think it probably is because in the US the phrase would be considered kind of archaic, which is why if you're reading with that lens, on some level, it totally works for Cas, lol.

It's certainly a possibility! I wasn't planning to do a sequel, but I do love this idea and so once a few other WIPS are out of the way, I'll see what I can do. Especially as I do enjoy writing John!
