OK, my blackberry pearl is two years old, the battery barely holds a charge, and the trackball is flaky at best. Most of the time it wont scroll down. So, its time for a new phone. I am staying with AT&T, but not sure what to do about a phone. Hence I need your advice.

I'd say the new iPhone. We got ours at the Apple store, and it was a great experience.

There looks like there will be a 4th Gen iPhone out this Summer. I don't know if you want to wait that long, and I don't know if you'll want to pay the $200 that it probably will be.
