I was gonna ask what pen you used until I caught the last bit of text. BRUSH. PEN?!? D:
I especially adore the first and fourth sketches. And as always, all of them seem so alive to me. @_@ (In the first one-- that's a tatami mat, right? The rough-ish style you used is so pretty.)
Perhaps I should start saving all your stuff and put them in a folder soon. @_@
Brushpen. X3 I find it very comfortable, especially for my style of drawing--I don't have a steady wrist, which would make me a bad line artis X3 That's why I go by mostly sketches. XD
Thanks! I figured, since I can't do good steady lines I might as well make them move. XD (yeap, that's a tatami mat X3)
They're all in black. X3 They're actually calligraphy pens, meant for writing Japanese characters but... well, kanji are ideograms so it's like drawing SOOOOO I drew with them 8D
There are, however, very interesting, high-grade Copic markers which have pen-tips that simulate brushes. I've had the pleasure to try them myself on selected colours, and they are BRILLIANT, even more so if you're going with vectory, or anime-type lineart, and are in a hurry.
:D The sad part is, I don't think they have it in this mudhole of a country >_<;
