Looking at a new job. I can't do my current one anymore. I'm looking at positions within the company though. All the internal transfer require a resume attached. I'm not good at writing Resumes. better yet, ditch the objective entirely. Most tech clients don't want to read an objective --- they want job experience, skills (listed by years used), and your certifications. Everyone, at their core, has the same objective: "I want your job, and I want your money." Why try to dress it up in pretty clothes?

Include a little "About myself," include where you've been challenged and overcome it in the past, times you've been given responsibility or taken control of a situation.

Also put what kind of things you want to achieve in this new position, is it for improving your skill set whilst working within a team, expanding your knowledge on things you already know, something else?

It looks a really good CV but I'm not really sure what you need to put on a internal CV, maybe ask the HR peebs and they can help most?

These kinds of achievements belong in your job experience. Showing you did something to solve a problem is fine and good, but what use is it to an employer if it doesn't happen on a job site? Make sure to list accomplishments at each job listed; that will assure that employers link your skills to your work experience.

your resume link is broken, but I wanted to offer help. See, I work as an HR recruiter for tech jobs and do this sort of makeover stuff _all day long_. Send me your resume in a PM and I'll see what I can do today.
