One of the first things I read and LOVED in this fandom was your Jack and Ianto POV picspams. I've been hoping you would finish Ianto through season two. (Don't bother with season three on my account.). Any chance?
Some of the rest of this looks interesting, too. Glad you posted the list. I will have to give it some more attention later. When I'm not at work.
I don't think I want to bother with season three on my own account! Dear Rusty managed to kill off any desire I have to watch Torchwood past season two with some poor writing choices. Season three started so promisingly... Although if Season Four was to feature Johnson, Lois etc and set in London I would consider it.
I do intend to finish it off. I have a partner in crime that I have to inspire so that we can rewatch the rest of season two. I have also been slightly distracted by the shiny that is Star Trek. It has lens flare, and Kirk and Bones and fun toys to play with.
hey... I've come here from torchwood_house, because one of your picspams was recced there. But I can't read the entries, so I assume they're friends-locked. So would you mind adding me, because I really am curious as to those pics. Thanks
I'm currently going through and unlocking them so you can see them. Everything was locked down when livejournal started being stupid about facebook links. There are photos missing from the Jack one, that I do know about and I have to try and track down the screencaps. It's not fun when you move laptops. :p

Hi! You don't know me, but I'm a relatively new fan of Torchwood (s1-2 only!). I'm a visual learner who's been greatly enjoying your chronicling of Jack and Ianto's relationship's progression through picspams. :-D
But I'm afraid most of the picspams of Ianto's POV of "Adam" is still flocked. Part 14a is unlocked, but parts 14b through 14f aren't. :-( I just thought you'd might like to know...

You are very welcome about them and I am glad I can help out with your learning. I was very surprised myself when I started going back over the episodes just how much was revealed by the visual clues.

I know and totally understand CoE ruined TW for you, and that you're also understandably distracted by nu!Trek, but I selfishly do hope someday the Ianto muse/spirit/fill-in-noun-of-your-choice-here comes back to you and you'll finish Ianto's POV picspams through s2. I really do think they're a great boon to the fandom, even for those who've accepted and/or moved on from CoE.

I did enjoy COE even if I used a fair whack of tissues towards the end. In order for the story to work it needed Ianto to die, because he would have stopped Jack doing what he did.
It is RTD's attitude to the fans (who I agree some are very nuts about Ianto's death and I think they need to get over it) that has turned me off and I am not happy with the information coming up about the new one. Doesn't make me want to watch it at all. RTD killed off Torchwood pretty well with COE and I thought it was a fitting end, this new one is basically RTD needing work and after his new ideas were not accepted in the US, he came up with a new Torchwood and got his old pal Julie Gardner to help him out. That's the impression I get.
I do talk occasionally with my friends that I made in the TW fandom about this picspam and we do agree it should be finished at some stage. So never fear, I don't like leaving things unfinished. ;)
