Bones' freak out wasn't nearly as bad as I'd anticipated. That a sure sing that he really thinks that being with Jim is a damn fine idea. Of course the awesome wake-up sex was a clue too!

There is freaking out, but Bones does internalise things a bit. It's just he is honest enough with himself about the attraction and Jim is a force of nature. Also ignoring Jim is his attempt at 'dealing with it'.
