Today Sucks.

I think the above statement sums it up pretty well. When I get a spare second (should be in the next ten years or so), I'll attempt to elaborate on the many reasons why Today Sucks.

Here are a few things you might want to include in your essay on why today sucks:

-- snow (but not enough to cancel work/school)
-- car problems (e.g., my car is stuck at the airport)
-- it's Monday
-- writing deadline today (with key tape-recording in that car at the airport)
-- Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson

Good reasons, all. I feel for you, especially on the tape-in-the-car thing. Here are some additions to the list:

-- I began my day with a nearly-two-hour commute
-- I missed the first half of the meeting I was supposed to print off vital materials for
-- I have been getting a jillion calls/second for the execs I am covering
-- I am just now getting to eat lunch

Count yourself luck that you get lunch at all, I'm most likely not going to get to do so on site tomorrow :(

i admit, today did suck though.
