Back in MadTown, ready for a shiny new semester.  It was pouring when I finally hit the city - roads under water, fun rush hour traffic, etc., which is strange considering this is Wisconsin in January (not complaining, Universe - I prefer this to the snowstorm last time I was here).  My driveway is a Slush Lake.  Luckily, I packed my hikers last, ( Read more... )

I'm glad you made it back in one piece. The weather's been nasty.

Sadly, all I remember from my sporatic watching of LFN was the fact they were always in the Firm or whatever it was called and Nikita and Michael were always giving each other these very USTy looks. I'm not sure if I ever saw them on a real mission.

Thank you! I missed you guys. Honestly, I missed my flist just like I missed my Madison friends, which I didn't expect, really. I'm so glad to have you all again!

You probably already know this, but whatever jedi_penguin January 13 2005, 21:41:11 UTC
I was looking at amazon for the second season of "Greatest American Hero," which supposedly has a release date, and discovered that the second season of La Femme Nikita is coming out in March. I thought there was a hold on that, but it's clearly over.

I had heard rumours of the re-release, but I haven't paid much attention, as I already have my own copy of S2 :-) In fact, I helped several other people get their hands on copies as well!

The hold was due to music licensing issues - they were being sued for Illegal Use. Crazy, huh? You'd think that would have been worked out by then.

Thank you! And yes, plans are good. As soon as I get my speakers set up, we could have a Whedonverse marathon of some sort using my projector :-) Where in the Madison area are you? You can email me at nikitangel at gmail dot com if you prefer.
